共青团培育社会主义核心价值观的社会学模式

摘　　要：研究基于社会学功能主义的视角,对共青团在社会主义核心价值观培育进程中所处的地位、作用以及面临的挑战,进行了梳理和分析。研究认为,在培育社会主义核心价值观的社会结构中,共青团仍处于关键而重要的地位,其使命性、政党主导性、价值引导性、影响的广泛性、结构化运作方式,将继续在价值引领中发挥作用。当然,基于组织互动下的共青团与社会的关系,基于组织与个体互动下的共青团与青年的关系,以及基于组织功能社会化建设下共青团自身建设,都因时代的变迁发生着深刻的改变,核心价值观培育工作也因此而面临巨大挑战。进一步提高价值观培育的社会性认识、增强共青团与社会的融合、扩大和创新价值培育的社会化工具的运用、加强组织的社会功能建设,是改进和提高社会主义核心价值观培育的必要举措。Based on the perspective of sociological functionalism,this paper gives a comprehensive analysis of the status,function and challenges of the Communist Youth League in the process of cultivating socialist core values.The study suggests that the Communist Youth League stand in a critical and important position in the social structure of cultivating socialist core values.Its mission in the process of cultivating values,party dominance,value orientation,extensive influence,structured operation will promote to function in the value leading.Of course,the relationship between the Communist Youth League and the society under the interaction of the organization,the relationship between the Communist Youth League and the youth under the interaction between the organization and the individual,and the construction of the Communist Youth League under the construction of organizational functions have changed profoundly in the changes of the times.This will affect the work of core values cultivating which also faces a huge challenge.Now it has become a necessary measure to improve and enhance socialist core values by furtherly enhancing social awareness of the cultivation of values,increasing the integration of the Communist Youth League and the community,expanding and innovating the application of socialization tools of value cultivating,and constantly strengthening the organization＇s social function.
