摘  要:随着我国新媒体时代的快速发展,新媒体素养已成为企业招聘文秘时必备要求,文秘工作由此面临新的挑战和机遇。企业文秘的新媒体素养包括把控新媒体内容和掌握新媒体软件的操作技能两大方面。为了适应时代的发展,企业秘书必须提高自身新媒体素养,从了解新媒体的特征、国家相关法律法规和明确新媒体账号的目的和角色定位出发,提高解读和发布新媒体信息的能力,掌握新媒体平台操作技能,规避风险,提升推广能力。With the rapid development of China's new media, new media literacy has become an essential requirement for companies' recruitment of secretaries. Therefore, secretarial work are facing new challenges and opportunities. The new media literacy of company secretaries covers two aspects: supervising new media content and mastering the operation skills of new media soitware. To adapt to the development of the times, company secretaries must improve their new media literacy. With the knowledge about the characteristics of new media, the relevant national laws and regulations, and realization of the meaning of using new media account as well as its role orientation, they can improve their ability of reading and publishing new media information, grasp the new media platform operation skills, avoid risks and enhance their generalizing ability.
