摘  要:推进人才培养模式改革和专业课程建设一直是高职教育的热点话题。为满足社会对应用型人才的需求,"课证融通,双轨递进"会计人才培养模式建设的开展尤为重要。文章从高职会计人才培养的现状分析,并针对宁波广播电视大学会计专业实施的"课证融通,双轨递进"会计人才培养模式的教学改革内容进行探讨,重构了专业课程体系,将课程与职业证书融通,以期为社会培养更多应用型会计人才。并提出专业课程建设的具体措施,以此提高会计教学工作水平。。It has always been a hot topic to promote the talent training mode reform and professional curriculum construction in higher vocational education. To meet the social needs for applied talent, the construction of talent training mode of "Integration of Curriculum and Certificate and Two-track Progressive" in accounting profession is particularly important. This paper analyzes the current situation of accounting talent training in Higher Vocational Institutions, discusses the teaching mode reform of "Integration of Curriculum and Certificate and Two-track Progressive" in accounting profession in Ningbo Radio and TV University, reconstructs the professional curriculum system and integrates curriculum with Certificate, so as to cultivate more applied accounting talents for the society. What's more, the paper also raised some detailed measures for professional courses construction.
