摘　　要：目的:探讨锁骨下动脉盗血综合征患者的CT血管造影表现及介入治疗效果。方法:回顾性分析2010年1月至2017年6月我院就诊的14例锁骨下动脉盗血综合征患者的临床及影像学资料、治疗手段及治疗后随访效果,旨在分析其CT血管造影影像学表现以及介入治疗效果。结果:14例患者术前经CT血管造影检查考虑为锁骨下动脉盗血综合征,介入DSA术中证实后行血管内支架成形术,术后所有患者锁骨下动脉血流均较前通畅。结论:锁骨下动脉盗血综合征CT血管造影检查诊断准确率高,经血管内支架成形术治疗效果良好。Objective： To discuss the imaging features of CT angiography in patients with subclavian steal syndrome. Method： retrospective analysis the clinical data, imaging findings, treatment and follow -up of 14 patients with subclavian steal syndrome who visited out - patien between January 2010 and June 2017, to analyze the imaging findings of their CT angi- ography and the effect of interventional therapy. Results： 14 patients were diagnosed with subclavian artery steal combined CT angiography before operation, and they underwent endovascular stent angioplasty after DSA diagnosis. The subclavian artery blood flow was better than before operation of all patients. Conclusion： The CT angiography of subclavian steal syndrome has high diagnostic accuracy, and the endovascular stent angioplasty is effective.
