摘  要:目的:探讨MSCT联合MSCTU对泌尿系统疾病诊断的优势。方法:回顾性分析本院57例病例,所有病例均行MSCT平扫和MSCTU检查,其中部分病例做过IVP或MRU检查。结果:泌尿系肿瘤14例,其中肾盂癌5例,肾癌3例,其它肾肿瘤2例,输尿管癌2例,膀胱癌2例;结石25例,其中单侧输尿管嵌顿性结石13例;肾输尿管重复畸形5例,单侧2例,双侧3例;外压性输尿管狭窄7例,6例为迷走血管压迫肾盂输尿管连接部,1例为卵巢动脉压迫输尿管;炎性病变2例;术后累及或泌尿系外病变累及泌尿系4例。结论:MSCT联合MSCTU检查逐渐成为泌尿系统疾病的主要影像检查方法,提高了对泌尿系畸形和输尿管外血管压迫病变的检出率和诊断价值。Purpose: To evaluate the advantage of Muhi - slice computed tomography combined with Multi - slice computed tomography urography in diagnosis of Urinary System Diseases. Methods: The clinical data of 57 patients in my hos- pital were analyzed retrospectively. Results: 14 cases with urologic neoplasms, of which 5 cases were renal pelvic carcinoma, 3 cases were renal carcinoma, 2 cases were other kidney neoplasms, 2 cases were ureteral carcinoma, 2 cases were bladder carcinoma; 25 cases were urinary calculus, of which 13 cases were ureteral impacted calculus; 5 cases were double kidney combined with ureteral malformation, betided single (2 cases) or double side (3 cases) ; 7 cases were external compressive u- reteral stricture, of which 6 cases were vasovagal at the obstruction of ureteropelvic junction and 1 case was ovarianartery com- pressing the ureter, 2 cases were inflammatory diseases ; 4 cases were after the surgery - might or regions adjacent to the uri- nary system. Conclusion : Multi - slice computed tomography plain scan CT combined with Multi - slice computed tomography urography was the main checking methods of imaging diagnosis in Urinary System Diseases, can improve the sensitivity and ac- curacy in detection of malfoImation in Urinary System and external compressive ureteral stricture.
