摘　　要：通过区域健康管理信息平台构建,建立区域居民电子健康管理信息,引导规范有序的基层首诊机制。形成区域健康管理信息共享与分级诊疗服务结合的方法,推动分级诊疗服务体系的建立,满足患者多层次的医疗需求。Through the construction of regional health management information platform and residents＇ electronic health information files,the residents＇ first treatment in community is guided orderly.The system formed regional health management information share and classified medical care service,and in promoting the establishment of a classified medical care system the multilevel medical demand of patients can be met with.
