胸腺肽联合超脉冲CO2激光治疗尖锐湿疣的临床效果及对血清IL-2、IFN-γ的影响

摘　　要：目的探究胸腺肽联合超脉冲二氧化碳（CO2）激光治疗尖锐湿疣（CA）的临床效果及对患者血清白细胞介素-2（IL-2）、干扰素-γ（IFN-γ）的影响。方法选取CA患者103例，依据治疗方案不同分为两组。观察组52例行超脉冲CO2激光＋胸腺肽治疗，对照组51例行超脉冲Co，激光治疗。随访6个月，统计两组治疗效果、不良反应及复发率，并对比治疗前后两组血清IFN-γ、IL-2水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96．15％（50／52），远高于对照组的76．47％（39／51），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组治疗后血清IFN-γ、IL-2水平均明显升高，且观察组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组不良反应发生率[13．46％（7／52）]与对照组[9．80％（5／51）]比较，差异未见统计学意义（P〉0．05）；观察组复发率[5．77％（3／52）]明显低于对照组[21．57％（11／51）]，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对CA患者予以胸腺肽与超脉冲CO2激光联合治疗，可显著提高血清IFN-γ、IL-2水平，且复发率低，安全性高，效果更为显著。Objective To investigate the effect of dioxide （ CO2 ） laser on condyloma acuminatum （CA） and thymosin combined with ultra pulsed carbon the effect on serum interleukin-2 （IL-2） and interferon-γ （IFN-γ）. Methods One hundred and three patients with CA were divided into observation group （n = 52） and control group （n = 51 ） according to the treatment regimens. The observation group underwent ultra-pulsed CO2 laser and thymosin treatment, and the control group underwent ultra-pulsed CO2 laser therapy. After 6 months of follow-up, the curative effect and incidence of adverse reactions of two groups were statistically analyzed, and levels of serum IFN-γand IL-2 between the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate in observation group [ 96. 15% （50/52） ] was significantly higher than that in control group [76.47% （39/51） ] （P 〈0. 05） ; the lev- els of serum IFN-γand IL-2 significantly increased in the two groups after treatment, and the levels in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group （P 〈 0.05 ） ; there was no signifi- cant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between observation group [ 13.46% （7/52） ] and con- trol group [9. 80% （5/51） ], P 〉 0. 05 ; the recurrence rate in observation group [ 5.77% （ 3/52 ） ] was lower than that in control group [ 21.57 % （ 11/51 ） ], the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Thymosin combined with ultra pulsed CO2 laser in the treatment of condyloma acu- minatum （CA） can significantly improve the serum IFN-γ and IL-2 levels, and has low recurrence rate with high safety and more remarkable effect.
