摘 要:目前特高压输电铁塔地脚螺栓垫板的厚度取值还比较模糊,准确计算出垫板的合理厚度,对于提高设计的精细化和标准化程度非常有实际意义。依靠精细的圆环板受力分析理论,建立了一套完整的地脚螺栓垫板计算模型,根据国家现行规程、规范,针对不同支座形式和支点位置,准确计算分析了地脚螺栓垫板的厚度,并对交直流特高压工程地脚螺栓垫板厚度的取值进行了对比分析,提出了改进的建议,最后根据地脚螺栓的不同材质给出了垫板厚度的推荐值,可作为输电铁塔地脚螺栓垫板厚度设计的一种参考。The thickness values of anchor bolt plate for UHV transmission tower is still relatively vague, to accurately calculate the reasonable thickness of the plate is of great practical significance for improving the design of the refinement and standardization degree. Based on the bearing analysis theory of circular and annular plate, a complete set of anchor bolt plate calculation model was established in this paper. Combined with provisions of the code in our country, and for different types of support and pivot position, the thickness of anchor bolt plate was accurately calculated and analyzed. And the thickness of anchor bolt plate values for AC and DC UHV engineering project were compared and analyzed. At the same time, some suggestions for improvement were also put forward. Finally, the recommended thickness values of the anchor bolt plate were given according to the different materials. The results could be referenced to calculate the plate thickness of transmission tower anchor bolt.
