摘 要:通过建立管道停输再启动非稳态数学模型,采用数值模拟的方法进行求解,考察不同输量、输油温度下停输再启动过程管道起点压力随时间的变化规律。研究表明,一定条件下,管道起点压力峰值随管道输量的增加而增大,随输油温度的增加而减小;且随管道输量的增加,再启动过程压力峰值恢复到稳定状态所需时间减小。The unsteady mathematical model of pipeline shutdown and restarting was established and solved by numerical simulation method.The variation law of the starting pressure of pipeline with time was studied in the process of shutdown and restarting with different throughput and different oil temperature.The results showed that,under certain conditions,the peak value of the starting pressure of pipeline increased with the increase of pipeline throughput and decreased with the increase of the oil temperature; and with the increase of the pipeline throughput,the time required for the pressure peak to resume to the steady state during the restart process decreased.
