摘  要:在油田的开采过程中,会产生大量的油田污泥,造成运输费用及后续无害化处理费用的增加。因此需要进行污泥的浓缩减量处理。以卧螺离心机为关键设备,设计了一套离心式污泥减量化处理工艺。通过现场试验得到转速、差速、进泥量、絮凝剂投加量四个影响因素对减量效果的作用规律。在一定范围内,转速越高、差速越低、进泥量越少、絮凝剂投加量越大,被处理的污泥含水量就越少。利用单因素方法,优化得到的最佳工艺参数为进泥量6 m^3/h、转速2 450 r/min、差速8 r/min时,加药量大小350 g/m^3,污泥含水率由离心机入口的87.15%下降到离心机出口的46.37%。In the process of oil field exploitation,a large amount of oil sludge will be produced,which will result in the increase of transportation cost and the cost of subsequent harmless treatment.So it is necessary to carry out sludge concentration reduction treatment.In this paper,a set of centrifugal sludge reduction treatment process was designed with the horizontal screw centrifuge as the key equipment.Through the field test,the effect of four factors including rotational speed,differential speed,amount of sludge and flocculant dosage on the reduction effect was investigated.The results showed that,within a certain range,the higher the rotational speed and the lower the differential speed and the less the amount of sludge and the greater the amount of flocculant,the lower the water content of treated sludge.By single factor optimization method,the optimal parameters were obtained as follows: the rotational speed 2 450 r/min,the differential speed 8 r/min,the feeding quantity of sludge 6 m^3/h,the flocculant dosage 350 g/m^3.Under above conditions,the average water content of sludge was decreased from 87.15% to 46.37%.
