摘  要:试验选取1日龄体重相近、健康状况良好的AA+商品肉鸡作为研究对象,将1 350只AA+肉鸡分成试验组和对照组,每组3个重复,每个重复225只AA+肉鸡,其中对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加300 mg/kg枯草芽孢杆菌。预饲期7 d,试验期38 d。试验结果与对照组比较:(1)45 d时,试验组末重和平均日增重分别提高9.54%和7.67%,均有显著差异(P<0.05),料肉比降低1.08%,出栏率提高1.24%(P>0.05);(2)试验组粪便发酵氨气滴定试验中的N含量为对照组的28.21%,差异极显著(P<0.01);(3)试验组血清TC水平、血清GLB水平分别提高了7.85%(P<0.05)和9.59%(P>0.05);血清TG、TP、ALB差异均不显著(P>0.05);(4)在经济效益方面,试验组增收0.59元/只,提高25.76%。During the experment, a total of 1,350 1-day-old, similar weight and with a good health sta- tus of AA^+ broilers were selected and randomly allotted into two treatments, each of 225 with three rep-licates. The control group was fed the basal diet. For treatment group, Bacillus subtilis was supple- mented in feed at 300 mg/kg of diet. Pre-feeding 7 days, and the feeding trial lasted for 38 days. The results showed that compared with the con- trol group: ① the treatment group were signifi- cantly improved 9.54% and 7.67%(P〈0.05) on final weight and daily gain respectively, feed conversion rates decreased by 1.08%, slaughter rates in- creased 1.24%, and there was no significant difference between above. ② The N content in the test form fecal fermentation of the test group was 28.21%, the difference is remarkable(P〈0.01). ③ Serum TC and GLB level increased by 7.85%(P〈0.05) and 9.59%(P〉0.05) respectively.The serum TG, TP, ALB were not significant(P〉0,05). (~In the economic benefits, the test group increased 0.59 yuan/pcs, increased by 25.76%.
