摘 要:分别采用苯胺法和间苯三酚法测定了棉粕和棉油中游离棉酚含量。结果表明,对于同一样品,间苯三酚法测得的结果高于苯胺法。就标准加入量的回收率而言,只有当样品提取液中的游离棉酚含量在合适的范围内,苯胺法才能获得理想的回收率;而间苯三酚法对所有样品提取液的回收率均在100%~108.8%。由此可见,使用间苯三酚法对棉粕或棉油样品中的游离棉酚定量要比苯胺法优越。Free gossypol in cottonseed meal and sesame oil was measured by spectrophotometric meth- ods of aniline and phloroglucinol respectively. The results indicated that the content of free gossypol estimated by spectrophotometric methods of phloroglucinol was higher than that of aniline for the same sample. In terms of the recovery of the standard addition, the desired recovery could be obtained by spectrophotometric detection of aniline only when free gossypol in the sample extract was in an appro- priate range. However, in all of the sample extracts the recovery was 100%-108.8% by spectrophoto- metric detection of phloroglucinol. It could be seen that the spectrophotometrie method of the phloro- glucinol for determination free gossypol in cottonseed or sesame oil was superior to that of the aniline.
