摘　　要：提出了一种基于智能制造的电磁阀智能装配生产线的框架,其中包括工业网络、云服务器、APP控制终端与智能车间对象,如机器、传送带和零件产品。通过RFID对电磁阀的阀体进行标记,安装在传送带周围的RFID读写器会判断到达装配工位上的电磁阀型号,同时将阀体信息反馈给PLC。PLC将信号通过Open Core传递给平板电脑,平板电脑的装配系统模块会根据PLC传递的阀体信息调用相应的装配视频和装配步骤,装配者根据平板提示依次进行装配。This paper presents a framework for intelligent assembly line of intelligent valve based on intelligent manufacturing, which includes industrial network, cloud server, APP control terminal and intelligent workshop objects, such as machine, conveyor belt and parts. By RFID tag on the valve body, installed around the conveyor belt RFID reader will arrive at the assembly site to determine the solenoid valve model, while the valve body information back to the PLC. PLC in the signal passed to the tablet PC through the Open Core, the tablet PC assembly system module will transfer the information according to the PLC call the appropriate assembly video and assembly steps, the assembly in accordance with the prompt assembly plate in turn.
