摘  要:为了研究在役储罐发生不均匀沉降后的结构疲劳安全性,构建了指数曲线法沉降预测模型,并在此基础上,建立基于沉降预测模型的在役储罐疲劳寿命预测方法,分析工程实例中储罐在实测不均匀沉降下的结构疲劳安全性。结果表明:该方法能够准确预测储罐地基沉降随时间的变化趋势并模拟储罐-地基沉降后的接触情况,可预测在役储罐不均匀沉降下的结构疲劳寿命,为在役储罐后续的安全运行提供技术支持。To investigate structure fatigue safety of in-service storage tanks which encountering uneven circum- ferential settlement, the model of predicting exponential curve settlement was established and then based on this model, a fatigue life prediction method of storage tanks in-service was proposed and the fatigue safety of in-service storage tank under the uneven circumferential settlement was analyzed. The results show that, this method can accurately predict variation of foundation settlement with the time and can simulate contact condi- tion between the tank and foundation settlement as well as predict structural fatigue life of storage tank under uneven settlement so as to provide guidance for the safe operation of tanks.
