摘  要:针对化工、核电、航天及航空等领域中,对高放射性、剧毒性介质提出的零泄漏要求,研制了一种全屏蔽阀门磁力驱动器。建立了全屏蔽阀门磁力驱动器的磁场分析模型,得到了磁力驱动器力矩系数、发热功率与磁场密度之间的理论关系式。研究了在不同球阀开度下,各结构参数对磁力驱动器力矩输出性能与发热特性的影响规律。最后,通过试验验证了全屏蔽阀门磁力驱动器理论研究的正确性。Considering the zero leakage requirements of radioactive and hypertoxic meuiums in chemical, nuclear power, aerospace and aviation industries, a magnetic driver for the fully-shielded valve was developed and its magnetic field' s analytical model was established so as to get a theoretical relationship among the magnetic driver' s output torque and the heating power and the magnetic density. In addition, the influence of various structural parameters on the magnetic driver' s torque output performance and heat generation characteristics under the ball valve' s different opening conditions were studied. Experimental verification proves correct- ness of this theoretical study.
