摘 要:结合某大型转盘干燥机转子圆盘拉撑结构计算实例,指出了ASME VIII-1、JIS B8276、GB 150对该拉撑结构设计方法的差异,并对比了各标准的计算结果;利用有限元分析软件ANSYS进行弹性应力分析,得到了圆盘及其拉撑件的应力分布规律,强度分析表明GB 150中非规则拉撑板厚计算结果可以作为圆盘的设计参考。在满足强度要求与不削弱有效传热面积的条件下,以结构轻量化为目标,通过编写关键函数的宏文件和危险截面线性化的APDL语言,实现了ANSYS优化过程中各部位基于各应力分量的自动精准控制,优化结果表明,在一定范围内增大拉撑管直径可以改善圆盘结构受力情况,同时改进后结构整体质量较原结构按GB 150常规计算结果降低了16.2%。Combined with specific calculation of braced rotating disk structure on pan rotary dryer, the difference of design methods stipulated in ASME VIII-1, JIS B8276 and GB 150 codes was discussed and the corresponding calculation results were compared with each other. Having ANSYS software adopted to analyze the stress distribution of braced rotating disk was implemented to show that, the thickness-calculating result of irregular braced plate stipulated in GB 150 code can be taken for reference in the disc design; and on the condition of satisfying the strength requirement and keeping effective heat exchange area, having lightweight struc- ture taken as the object and the key function macros and linearization APDL language of dangerous section written with the permit of strength and heat efficiency were carried out to realize the auto-control over the stress component-based parts in ANSYS optimization process. Optimization shows that, a certain large diameter of the supporting tube can relieve structure stress and disc' s mass declines 16.2% compared to the result according to GB150 code.
