正常孕产妇妊娠晚期及分娩后血脂水平检测

摘　　要：目的通过检测健康孕妇在妊娠晚期及分娩后血脂水平进行观察。方法收集200例正常妊娠妇女妊娠晚期(37-40周)在我院产前门诊检查及分娩后1周内的标本为实验组,100例健康非妊娠妇女的标本为对照组。甘油三酯和总胆固醇采用终点法,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇采用直接法,检测3组标本血清中4项指标的含量,用统计学方法进行分析血脂水平变化。结果妊娠晚期(37~40周)孕妇血脂4项指标高于分娩后1周内产妇的血脂水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);妊娠晚期(37~40周)孕妇和分娩后一周产妇的血脂水平均高于健康非妊娠妇女的血脂水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论妊娠晚期孕妇血脂维持较高水平是妊娠期生理变化的正常反应,分娩后一周内产妇的血脂逐渐下降,因此监测血脂水平对分娩后有无高脂血症倾向十分有意义。Objective To the blood lipid levels of healthy pregnant women in late pregnancy and after childbirth.Methods To collect 200 cases of normal pregnant women in late pregnancy（37-40 weeks） in our hospital outpatient prenatal examination and delivery within 1 weeks after the specimens as the experimental group,the specimens of 100 healthy pregnant women were used as control group,triglyceride and total cholesterol by end point method,high density lipoprotein cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol using the direct method,determination of 4 indexes of 3 groups of specimens in serum,analyze the changes in blood lipid levels by statistical method.Results Late pregnancy（37-40 weeks） is higher than postpartum 1 week,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;late pregnancy（37-40 weeks） and postpartum 1 week were higher than healthy non-pregnant women,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Late pregnancy,high blood lipids is a normal pregnancy physiological phenomenon,postpartum decline a week,so the detection of blood lipids on postpartum to determine the occurrence of hyperlipidemia is important.
