护理干预对PVRP-ST术后早期并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨特殊护理干预措施对经尿道直出绿激光推铲式前列腺汽切术(PVRP-ST)术后早期并发症的影响。方法通过对本院410例行PVRP-ST术式患者采取不同的护理措施,随机分为两组,各205例,观察组采取特殊的护理干预,对照组采取常规的护理干预。观察两组术后恢复及并发症发生情况。结果观察组术后膀胱冲洗时间、膀胱冲洗量、术后导尿管留置时间均小于对照组(均P<0.05)。并发症方面,观察组术后7天疼痛(数字评分≥4)、血尿、感染、尿失禁的发生率均小于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论对PVRP-ST患者实施恰当的护理干预措施,可减少术后早期并发症的发生,促进患者术后快速康复。Objective To explore the effect of the special nursing intervention for the BPH patients underwent greenlight photoselective vaporesection of the prostate-shovel technique（PVRP-ST）.Methods 410 patients underwent PVRP-ST,according to different nursing measures were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group was the special nursing intervention,the control group was the usual nursing intervention.The postoperative recovery and complications of the two groups were observed.Results The bladder irrigation time,bladder irrigation volume and indwelling time of catheter in the observation group were significantly smaller than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of The pain occurred 7 days after operation（score≥4）,hematuria,infection,urinary incontinence of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The special nursing intervention could reduce the rate of operative complication and accelerate recovery in patients with BPH underwent PVRP-ST.
