摘 要:针对微带平衡滤波器结构尺寸偏大和共模抑制性能不高等问题,提出了一种性能良好且小型化的微带平衡双通带滤波器。利用奇偶模分析方法以及谐振器本身对信号的可调节性实现平衡滤波器的设计,首先分析枝节加载谐振单元在滤波器中的工作机理,然后设计并加工了一款工作于2.5GHz和6GHz的微带平衡双通带滤波器。共模抑制大于35dB,性能良好。实测结果与仿真结果吻合。Aiming at the disadvantages of large size and low common-mode suppression of the traditional microstrip balanced filter,a new microstrip balanced dual-band bandpass filter with good performance and small size was presented.The balanced filter was realized by using the method of odd-even mode analysis and the signal adjustability of resonator.Firstly,the working mechanism of stub-loaded resonator in the filter was analyzed.A microstrip balanced dual-band bandpass filter with center frequencies at 2.5 GHz and 6 GHz was then designed and fabricated.The filter has good performance,which exhibits common-mode suppression more than 35 dB.The test results are consistent with the simulation results.
