摘 要:为研究10 mm厚Ti/Nb微合金高强钢拉伸断口分离成因,采用金相显微镜、电子探针和扫描电镜对裂口位置微观组织、成分偏析和析出夹杂进行了分析。结果表明:试样心部区域较为严重的带状组织和大量链状、尺寸在0.5~3μm左右的(Ti,Nb)CN、Ti N析出夹杂,大大影响了钢板心部基体组织的连续性和厚度方向的塑韧性,是造成钢板拉伸断口分离的主要成因。In order to study the reasons of layered fracture occurs after tensile test for 10mm thichness Ti & Nb microalloyed high strength steel, the microstructure, partial segregation and precipitation inclusions were analyzed by metallographic microscope,electron probe and scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that the reasons of fracture separation were serious banded structure and a large number of high temperature precipitation (Ti, Nb) CN, TiN size during 0.5 μm to 3 μm were made out in the core of the steel plate. So the continuity of the substrate was destroyed and the plastic toughnesss of the thickness of the steel plate was also greatly reduced.
