摘　　要：结合热处理现场的生产实际,对热处理产销和信息系统中需要改进的部分进行了详细的设计和改造。完善后的热处理的产销系统可直接指导操作工进行生产,优化生产组织;重新设计和完善了部分热处理的冶金规范代码库;设计并完成了热处理产线二次处理工艺标准系统,实现工艺下达的标准化、可追溯化。Combined with the actual production of heat treatment site, parts of product and sale information system of heat treatment was designed and rebuilt. The improvement of product and sale information system of heat treatment could directly guide the operator＂ production, optimize the production organization. Parts of the metallurgical code library of heat treatment were designed and improved. The process standard system of secondary heat treatment production line was designed and completed to realize the standardization and traceability of the process release.
