摘 要:采用剪切、激光切割加工1.8mm的DC04汽车板,比较不同切割方式下断裂面的质量,并分析其对激光焊接质量的影响。结果表明,剪切和激光切割断裂面下半部分都有喇叭口式变形,最大变形量为150μm;剪切使钢板上表面产生明显塑性变形,最大变形量为250μm;剪切断裂面下半部分撕裂不均匀,导致焊缝局部填充不足而略有凹陷;激光切割的热影响区导致焊接后焊缝更宽;2种切割方式对焊缝力学性能、焊缝组织没有明显不同的影响。1.8 mm DC04 automobile sheets were processed by shearing and laser cutting,and qualities of the fracture surfaces were compared,and the influences of cutting methods on laser welding quality were also analyzed.Results show that the lower parts of fracture surfaces under shearing and laser cutting both had horn-like deformations,and the maximum deformation was 150μm;the upper surfaces of steel plates had obvious plastic deformations under shearing,and the maximum deformation was 250μm;the lower parts of the shear fracture surfaces were torn unevenly,resulting in partial filling of the weld and slight depression;the heat affected zone of laser cutting led to wider weld after welding;it had no significant different influences of two kinds of cutting method on mechanical properties and microstructures of welds.
