摘　　要：对复合磺酸钙基润滑脂的特性进行了分析,并结合其他厂的实际应用经验,将热轧2 250mm产线精轧工作辊轴承润滑脂由复合锂基脂改型为复合磺酸钙基脂,试用效果良好,大大降低了生产成本。Though analyzing the properties of compound sulfonate calcium grease,and combining with practical application experiences in other factories,working roll bearing grease adopted in 2 250 mm hot rolling production line was changed from compound lithium grease to compound sulfonate calcium grease,and the trial effect was well,which greatly reduced the production cost.
