摘　　要：在中国快速城镇化的进程中,环境压力和挑战逐步凸显,城乡环境空间规划的前端指引作用愈发重要。文章从城乡环境空间规划的生态空间划定、环境空间分级管控和配套规划制度3个核心任务入手,梳理国内外最佳管理实践案例,通过对比、总结和思考,提出了完善中国城乡环境总体规划的5项政策建议。In the process of rapid urbanization in China,environmental pressure and challenge have highlighted gradually.The guide role of urban-rural environment space planning becomes more and more important.In this paper,domestic and foreign best cases are studied from three perspectives of the urban-rural environmental space planning including delineation of ecological space,hierarchical control of environmental space and matching regulation and planning system.By means of comparison,summarization and deliberation,five policy recommendations are proposed for improvement of the master planning of urban-rural environmental space in China.
