论涉案视频目标消失区域的确定与侦查应用

摘　　要：涉案视频目标消失区域是指涉案视频目标应当出现,但却没有被发现的区域。涉案视频目标消失区域的划定要以涉案视频目标最(早)后出现点为中心,利用自然边界和不同监控探头的可视区域进行确定。消失的涉案视频目标既有可能还在该区域内,也有可能已经离开了该区域。其之所以离开而未被发现,主要是有可能突破了自然边界或在视频监控中未能被正确识别。针对涉案视频对象的消失区域,既可以通过继续分割缩小消失区域来排查发现涉案对象,也可以通过提升视频识别能力、开展侦查假设等重新发现涉案视频目标。The region of target disappearance is a region where the video object should appear but have not been found. To deliminate the region of target disappearence,we should take the latest appearance point as a centre,considering natural boundary and the visible region of different monitoring probe as a comfirmation. The disappearing target maybe still stays in this area or have left. Why their leave have not been found possibly because they had broken the natural boundary or had not been identified correctly by viedeo monitoring. In the region of target disappearance,we can relocate the target by narrowing down the disappearance area. We can also refind the video target by improving the video recognition ability or carrying out the investigation hypothesis.
