摘  要:本文依据大功率压水堆主泵及试验台架设计参数,通过RELAP5程序建立主泵试验台架模型。并依据主泵样机试验规范对热态试验、惰转试验、汽蚀试验工况进行模拟分析。通过与热态试验、惰转试验工况的理论值比较,验证RELAP5建模的准确性。对于惰转试验工况,记录惰转流量、扬程随时间的瞬态变化。对于汽蚀试验工况,随着体积流量的减小,发生汽蚀现象的入口压力减小;并且可以较准确预测发生汽蚀现象的压力点。通过对主泵试验工况的模拟分析,证明RELAP5模拟主泵试验具备一定的适用性,可为主泵试验提供指导。According to design parameters of high-power PWR coolant pump and test bench,test bench system was modeled by REALP5 code. And thermal test, coasting test,cavitation test were simulated and analyzed, based on the test specification of reactor coolant pump prototype. Modeling method was of accuracy by comparing theoretical value, coasting flow and head were recorded with the calculated values in the coasting test. In addition,the inlet pressure of occurring cavtitation was smaller in the cavitation test with smaller volume flow. And the pressure of occurring cavtitation was accurately predicted. According to the modeling and analysis, RELAP5 is basicallyfeasible for test of reactor coolant pump,and the results provide theoretical guidance for test of reactor coolant pump.
