影响省级农科院获取科技奖励的关键因素及其相关性分析  

Key Factors Affecting the Science and Technology Awards of Provincial Academies of Agricultural Sciences and Their Correlation Analysis

摘　　要：科技奖励对于农业科研单位成果培育有着重要作用。通过调研等方式,随机选取19个省级农科院作为研究对象,运用单因素相关性分析方法,分析科研投入、科技论文、SCI论文(是否重复)、项目数量、科研人员、学科群、工程技术中心、大型仪器数量等因子对科技奖励的影响程度。结果表明:科研投入、论文、科研人员与工程中心数量是极显著相关因子;大型仪器、学科群与承担项目数量为显著相关因子。通过对显著因子展开分析,为有针对性地开展成果培育、科研管理工作提升提出科学合理的对策建议。Science and technology awards play an important role in the achievement cultivation of agriculturalresearch institutions. This paper randomly selects 19 provincial academies of agricultural sciences andanalyzes the factors influencing awards-winning, including research investment, research paper and scientificresearch project, etc. The analysis shows that research investment, papers, researchers and engineering centersare very significant correlation factors; large instruments, subject groups and projects are significant correlationfactors. This paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions for cultivating achievements and improvingscientific research management through the analysis of the above very significant factors.
