摘　　要：提出高校图书馆有条件开展专利信息服务，利用SWOT分析法列举高校图书馆开展专利信息服务的态势，得出制定s0策略有利于推进高校图书馆专利信息服务的开展。进一步借用企业发展策略理论从发展愿景、发展目标、业务战略、职能策略四个方面提出服务策略。This paper proposes that university libraries should carry out patent information services. Using SWOT analysis method to enumerate the situation of the university library developing patent information service, and concluds that the formulation of SO strategy will help promote the develop- ment of patent information service in university libraries. Furthermore, based on the theory of enter- prise development strategy, from four aspects ： development vision, development goal, business strate- gy and function strategy, the service strategies are put forward.
