丙种球蛋白联合热毒宁治疗手足口病并发脑炎对血清NSE、S100B的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨丙种球蛋白联合热毒宁治疗手足口病并发脑炎的效果及对血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、S100B的影响。方法选取2015年12月~2017年5月某院收治的手足口病并发病毒性脑炎患儿81例,随机分为观察组(41例)和对照组(40例),对照组患儿给予常规对症治疗,观察组在此基础上加用丙种球蛋白联合热毒宁治疗,比较两组治疗效果及治疗前后血清中NSE、S100B的水平。结果观察组总有效率(95.12%)明显高于对照组(77.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组皮疹消退、体温恢复、神经系统症候缓解的时间明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗第4天时NSE、S100B水平均比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丙种球蛋白联合热毒宁治疗手足口病并发脑炎效果显著,并能明显降低血清NSE、S100B的水平。OBJECTIVE To investigate the gamma globulin combined with Reduning in the treatment of hand foot and mouth disease（HFMD） complicated with encephalitis, and the influence on serum neuron specific enolase（NSE） and S100B. METHODS A total of 81 cases of HFMD complicated with encephalitis（viral） were randomly divided into the observation group （n = 41 ） and the control group（n = 40） from December 2015 to May 2017. Patients in the control group received routine symptomatic treatment, and Reduning combined with gamma globulin protein were added for the observation group. The therapeutic effects, levels of serum NSE and S100B of two groups were compared before and after treatment. RESULTS The total effective rate of the observation group（ 95.12% ） was significantly higher than that of the control group（ 77.50% ） , the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） ;the time of rash extinction, body temperature recovery and nervous system symptom remission in observation group was lower than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05） ;the levels of NSE and SI00B in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group at the time of the treatment of 4 days, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. CONCLUSION Combination of gamma globulin and Reduning is effective in the treatment of HFMD complicated with encephalitis, and decreased the level of serum NSE and S100B significantly.
