摘 要:为了解决PACl在某些水质条件下处理效果不佳的问题,研究了PACl-PAM复合絮凝剂处理高岭土-腐殖酸体系的混凝过程。结果表明:单独使用铝系混凝剂(PACl2.2)时,DOC与浊度的去除率随pH值的升高呈现先增大后减小的趋势,pH为7.0时两者的去除率最高。要达到80%以上浊度去除率、60%以上DOC去除率,3种混凝剂(PACl,PACl+0.25 g/L PAM-1,PACl+0.50 g/L PAM-1)中铝系混凝剂的投加量(以Al计)从0.10 mmol/L下降到0.06 mmol/L。当复配混凝剂中PAM浓度小于0.50g/L时,浊度与DOC的去除率随PAM浓度的增大而升高;PAM浓度大于0.50g/L后,浊度与DOC的去除率快速下降,且阳离子度为75%的PAM-3的混凝效果下降最为明显。当混凝剂中含有阳离子度为75%的PAM时,浊度下降较为明显且絮体的沉降性能更好。In order to improve the coagulation performances using PACl in some situations, some new composite coagulants ( PACl - PAM) were used to treat the water samples prepared by mixing Kaolin and HA stock solution. The results indicated that the removal efficiency of DOC and turbidity could be reached the optimal point if the solution pH was adjusted to 7.0. The coagulant dosage at which the removal efficiency was larger than 80% for turbidity and 60% for DOC decreased from 0.10 mmol/L to 0.06 mmol/L, which calculated as Al, when increasing the concentration of PAM-1 from 0 to 0.50 g/L. The removal efficiency of turbidity and DOC increased when the concentration of PAM was less than 0.50 g/L, and the removal efficiency decreased with PAM higher than 0.50 g/L, especially for the composite coagulant with the degree of ions at 75 % , which could achieve a quick decrease of turbidity and better sediment property of floc.
