摘 要:采用气相色谱-质谱法对鞋材中对苯二胺进行了分析。通过对提取方式、提取溶剂、超声温度、超声时间等条件的优化,建立了鞋材中对苯二胺的检测方法。实验结果表明,对苯二胺标准曲线线性范围为0.2~500.0mg/kg,线性相关系数在0.999以上,检出限为0.5 mg/kg,空白样品及阳性样品中回收率均在90%~110%之间,相对标准偏差在3%~9%之间。所建立方法可用于鞋材中对苯二胺含量的测试。p-Phenylenediamine in shoe material was analyzed by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry. The experimental conditions were optimized including extraction method,extraction solvent, ultrasonic temperature and ultrasonic time. The results demonstrated that the standard curve linear range of p-Phenylenediamine was 0.2-500.0 mg/kg,the correlation coefficient was more than0.999 and the detection limit was 0.5 mg/kg. The recoveries of p-Phenylenediamine in blank samples and positive samples were between 90% and 110%, and the relative standard deviation were between3% and 9%. The established method can be used to determine the content of p-Phenylenediamine in shoe material.
