摘　　要：简要阐述了工业遗产的基本知识及相关背景,以上海八号桥为例探讨了旧城更新语境下以创意产业开发为模式的工业遗产再利用,并对其改造思路和设计手法进行了深入解读,以对同类工业遗产的开发改造提供参考。The paper briefly states the basic knowledge and related background of the industrial heritage; explore the mode of industry heritage reuse based on creative industry development in the context of urban revitalization by taking Shanghai No. 8 Bridge as an example. And the paper explains the rebuild ideas and design methods of No. 8 Bridge in order to provide the reference for the similar development mode of industry heritage.
