摘  要:神华铁路神朔线和朔黄线之间实施机车长交路后,既有人工列检作业不匹配,对长交路机车运用效率提升影响较大。为解决该问题,系统研究分析货车运行故障动态图像检测系统(TFDS)列检实施流程和关键技术,研究比较人工列检和TFDS列检的作业流程、作业时间、效率等关键因素,提出解决神池南站列检与机车交路不匹配的系统性解决方案。同时,针对当前规章制度要求,研究提出实施TFDS列检代替人工列检的关键技术需求。When the long locomotive routing solution between the Shenshuo- Shuohuang railway lines was implemented, the manual train inspection cannot meet the demand of such routing, thus it has a negative impact on its efficiency. In order to solve this problem, this paper analyzes the implementation process and key technology of TFDS train inspection, compares the operation process, time, efficiency and other key factors between manual train inspection and TFDS train inspection, and proposes a systemic solution to the mismatch between train inspection and the long locomotive routing in Shenchi South Station. regulations, this paper also presents key technical with TFDS train inspection. At the same time, based on the current rules and requirements for replacing manual train inspection.
