基于LabVIEW的石油化工码头可拓预警模型应用研究

摘　　要：为构建石油化工码头安全预警体系,选取可拓理论作为动态预警模型,运用Lab VIEW虚拟仪器技术对基于可拓理论的预警指标体系编制相应的程序,通过对石油化工码头安全管理现状进行评价,及时发出预警信号。结合码头实际对该方法进行应用,结果表明,该预警模型能够较好地对石油化工码头安全状况进行预警分析,以综合关联度作为评价准则,客观有效,基于Lab VIEW的计算机程序使得运算更加快速准确。The paper is aimed at presenting an early-warning system for the petrochemical wharf based on the comparison with many other early-warning models and the extension theory characteristic of the dynamic and complex operation status-quo. For the practical evaluation of the safety management status-in-situ of the petrochemical wharf and an early warning signal timely,we have designed the first level indexes of the early-warning status through systematic calculation of the actual situations of the wharf with an applicable case study,the Analytic Hierarchy Process（ AHP）should be made to include the calculation of the weights of all the actual indexes,such as the mechanical state index,the management organization index,the human factors index,the material factors index and the working environment index,respectively.The results of our simulation show that all the indexes should be made in a state of non-alarming,that is to say,the whole wharf has to be in a safety status-in-situ according to the maximum correlation criteria,for it is just in such a case that all the index weights of the human factors can be promoted to the highest status-quo while its correlation degrees with the non-alarming tend to be at the lowest level. It is only in such a state that it can be made favorable to improve the safety management level of human factors. And,the correlation degree of the material factors with the non-alarm has to be made maximal,so as to be indicative that all the material factors are safe in the process of transportation or being stationary. The actual application of such a kind of earlywarning system on a petrochemical wharf shows that the earlywarning model based on extension theory can be made well adapted to the assessment of the whole workplace status-quo.
