摘  要:尾矿坝加筋设计时,土工格栅与尾矿界面摩擦特性是影响加筋结构安全稳定的重要因素。通过室内拉拔试验,分析了上覆压力、含水率和拉拔速率3个试验条件对筋-尾矿界面摩擦参数的影响。结果表明:含水率对似黏聚力和似摩擦角的影响显著,但随含水率增大似黏聚力与界面摩擦强度变化趋势一致,都呈现先增大后减小的规律,在含水率变化情况下的界面参数选取中主要考虑似黏聚力;拉拔速率对似摩擦角比对似黏聚力的影响大,且似摩擦角与界面摩擦强度都随拉拔速率增大而增大,但似摩擦角增大速率逐渐减缓,随拉拔速率加大,对界面参数的主要影响开始由似摩擦角向似黏聚力转变;在不同尾矿含水率或拉拔速率情况下似摩擦系数均随法向应力增大呈非线性递减,可用二次抛物线拟合反映二者关系,且含水率对似摩擦系数的影响比拉拔速率对其的影响大,而在法向应力一定情况下,似摩擦系数随含水率的变化与对应界面参数似黏聚力的变化规律相同,随拉拔速率的变化与对应的界面参数似摩擦角的变化规律相同。The paper is to introduce an experimental study of the interface friction characteristics between the gold-mine tailings and the geogrid in the design of the tailing dam. For this purpose,we have analyzed the effects of the overburdened pressure,the water content and the drawing rate on the interface friction parameters of the tailings through laboratory drawing tests. The result of our study shows that,the influence of the water content on the pseudo-cohesion and pseudo-friction angle tends to be quite obvious. Nevertheless,the pseudo-cohesion and their interface friction strength,both of which tend to increase first and then decrease with the increase of the water content,may consistently vary with the change of the water content. Therefore,the pseudocohesion status-in-situ serves as the main factor to be taken into account in choosing the interface parameters under the water content change. Moreover,since the pseudo-friction coefficient is reduced nonlinearly with the increase of the normal stress in the situation of the different water contents or different drawing rates,the variation between them can be reflected by the quadratic parabola fitting. The effect of the water content on the pseudo-friction coefficient proves greater than that of the drawing rate on the pseudo-friction coefficient,though,in the case of the definite normal stress,the variation rule of the pseudo-friction coefficient with the water content tends to be consistent with the change of the corresponding interface parameters of the pseudo-cohesion,while the variation rule of the pseudo-friction coefficient with the drawing rats remains consistent with the change of the corresponding interface parameters of the pseudo friction angle. Thus,what we have gained in our experimental study can be expected to have a significant reference value for choosing and analyzing the designing parameters of the reinforced tailing dam.
