摘 要:在酸性污染环境中,防火涂料的防火性能会因受酸介质的腐蚀而下降。研究了膨胀型防火涂料在盐酸溶液中浸泡不同时间后,其防火性能的变化规律。结果表明,经过酸腐蚀后,防火涂层的厚度减薄,表面变得粗糙且有开裂和破洞;受热后,炭层膨胀倍率降低。并对表面涂层的TG/DTG进行了测试,结果发现,经酸腐蚀后,试样的热重曲线在低温阶段较平缓;在中温阶段失重峰数量减少,峰形更加简单,最大失重速率增加;在高温段,593℃附近的失重峰随腐蚀时间的延长而逐渐变得平缓,最大失重速率降低,而在674℃附近的失重峰呈相反的趋势。这表明经酸腐蚀后,涂料试样的热动力学参数也发生了显著变化。This paper is inclined to present the experimental results of the degradation in the fire protection performance of intumescent coating of the steel elements through different time lengths of immersion in the hydrochloric acid solution so as to disclose the performance changing regularity of the fire retardant coating layer. As is well known,acid corrosion may lead to the deterioration of the fire resistance to the intumescent fire retardant coatings, particularly in the acid polluted environment, for through the acid erosion,the coating layer tends to get thinner,with the surface turning to be rough with the cracks and broken dots so as to decrease the char-layers. In so doing,the functional pigments of the retardant system, mainly those of ammonium polyphosphate( APP), melamine( MEL) and pentaerythritol( PER) with the hydrochloric acid or water may react with the hydrochloric acid to produce ammonium chloride; ammelid,ammeline and cyanuric acids due to the action of MEL and hydrochloric acid and with PER revealing a certain degree of water-solubility.All such reactions may result in the performance change of the mixture ratio and further affecting the synergistic reaction and the fire resistive property. The fire resistance property testing results prove that all of the samples with different corrosion time lengths turn to have the same temperature rising curve for the first 400 s.Nevertheless,such a curve may tend to show dramatic variations in the later stage of the testing. The TG/DTG results indicate that in the lower temperature stage the curve may all remain relatively flat. And,then,in the medium temperature stage,the weight loss in the troughs turns to get slower. What is more,if the shape of the troughs tends to be simplified,it would be possible for the top weight loss rate to get increased. Furthermore,in the high temperature stage,when the troughs near 593 ℃ are getting to be flattened gradually,the top weight loss rate would be getting less remarkable. In so doing,the top weight loss
