摘 要:自行设计搭建大体积的具有闭式循环系统的试验舱体以接近室内真实环境,采用胶黏法以Al PO4为黏结剂将TiO_2负载至活性炭纤维(ACF)上制备复合体滤网,利用XRD和BET等方法对TiO_2/ACF进行表征,并对气相甲醛进行吸附-光催化降解试验。结果表明:纳米TiO_2通过Al PO4的黏结作用较好地负载到了ACF表面,TiO_2/ACF的比表面积为732.25 m2/g,平均孔径为1.71 nm;在6.03~10.04mg/m3范围内,污染物初始质量浓度对降解率无显著影响,最终降解率都能达到80%以上;控制湿度RH为50%~60%,可使吸附-光催化降解率达到最大;不同反应温度下的光催化降解速率无显著差异;在不同反应条件下,降解反应开始与结束时的湿度差最高不超过5%,温度差不超过1.3℃,对人体的舒适度影响不大,符合空气处理对人体舒适度的要求。The paper aims at exploring the technology for preparing TiO_2/ACF and ways for indoor formaldehyde degradation in the actual situation through the adsorption-photocatalytic technology and tracing its photocatalytic activities. To imitate the indoor environment as much authentic as possible,we have laid out a large size chamber with a closed-cycle system with a total volume being of 3. 3 m^3. The said large volume experimental chamber is supposed to be able to provide a more stable experimental environment for the formaldehyde degradation,which should be qualified enough to simulate the pollutant dispersion model under the real conditions,with AlPO_4 as the binder,and TiO_2 being loaded to ACF for preparing the composite filter net through adhesion. At the same time,we have made a detailed investigation of TiO_2/ACF by means of XRD and BET to obtain the structure of the catalysts,the specific surface area,the pore size and volume by identifying and determining the effect of the load. The analysis results demonstrate that the nano-TiO_2 particles have been well loaded on the surface of ACF but the binder would not have any significant effect on the pore structure of ACF. In such a condition,TiO_2/ACF may reach a specific surface area of 732. 25 m^2/g,with the mean pore size being 1. 71 nm and pore volume—0. 377 cm^3/g. Through the aforementioned adsorption and photocatalytic degradation experiments of the gaseous formaldehyde,we have carefully explored the influences of different initial concentrations,the reaction temperatures and the relative humidity on the degradation. The experimental results show that the changes of the initial concentration( 6. 03-10. 04 mg/m^3) and the reaction temperature has had little impact on the degradation process,but the final or eventual degradation rate can be able to reach over80%.
