摘  要:秸秆还田机工作部件入土工作,磨损严重、功耗增加等问题,设计离地切碎的锯盘式秸秆粉碎还田机。利用SolidWorks绘制出锯盘式秸秆还田机的三维图。计算得出甩刀的数量及排列方式,利用ANSYS软件对甩刀轴进行模态分析,确定甩刀轴的转速为2 000r/min。仿真分析秸秆被后抛时的运动轨迹,确定锯盘式秸秆切割器的安装位置。对锯盘式秸秆切割器的刀盘上某一点在不同转速下的运动轨迹进行动态仿真,通过比较不同转速下的运动轨迹确定锯盘式秸秆切割器的转速为900r/min。田间试验结果表明,秸秆粉碎长度合格率高出国家标准5.64%,抛撒不均匀度低于国家标准12.2%,灭茬率高出国家标准6.45%。At present, the working parts of straw returning machine are working in the soil, leading to serious wear, increase of power consumption and so on, thus designed a saw disc straw crushing returning machine. Using SolidWorks software to draw a three-di- mensional diagram of saw disc straw crushing returning machine. Based on the calculation of the number and arrangement of the knife, and using ANSYS software to analyze the model of the rotation knife shaft, and the speed of the swinging shaft was determined as 2 000r/min. Analyzed the motion trajectory of the straw to determine the installation location of the saw disc straw cutter. A point of saw disc straw cutter knife is analyzed the motion trajectory under different rotational speed, the straw cutter speed determined to be 900r/min through comparing the motion trajectory under different rotational speed. Test results showed the qualified rate of straw crushing length was 5.43% higher than the national standard, scattered the non-uniform degree was 12. 2% below the national standard, the stubble rate was 6.45% higher than the national standard.
