摘  要:针对目前水稻育秧机运输及存储不方便及各个作业环节不能有效的单独调节等问题,提出一种组合式、可折叠水稻育秧机,设计育秧铺土、播种、覆土三个环节可拆卸组合、折叠的结构形式,同时配备单独的调速电机,有效解决育秧机运输存储以及各作业环节单独调节的问题,并对铺土输送带传动轴进行静力学分析。通过样机试验,验证了该育秧装置具有良好的播种效果。There were many problems in the existed rice nursery machines, for example, the difficulties of transportation and storage, unable to operate independently about each function and so on. In this study, in the view of the above problems, a new detachablefolding rice nursery machine was produced, which could be detached and folded during the processes of soil bedding, seeding, soil cashing, and an independent speed control motor was equipped with. In addition, the statics analysis was carried out on the transmission shaft of the soil bedding conveyer belt. According to the experimental results of the prototype, seeding had good effect by the machine.
