摘 要:采用纳米Fe_3O_4催化Fenton体系处理模拟苯酚废水和煤液化废水,考察了初始H_2O_2浓度、催化剂浓度和pH对降解过程的影响,以及催化剂的循环利用效果。结果表明:苯酚的降解符合一级反应动力学,在最佳运行条件下处理100 mg/L苯酚废水,180 s苯酚去除率为100%,120 min苯酚TOC减少44.3%。在最佳反应条件下处理煤液化废水时,COD去除率可达74.73%,pH为5时可去除42.8%的COD,同时B/C由0.20提高到0.50,且催化剂可稳定运行3次。Nano-Fe3O4 catalytic Fenton system has been used for treating simulated phenol wastewater and coal liquefaction wastewater,and the influences of initial H2O2 concentration,catalyst concentration,and pH on the degradation process,as well as the recycling effect of the catalyst,have been investigated.The results show that the degradation of phenol complies with the first level reaction kinetics.Under optimum operational conditions,when 100 mg/L of phenol wastewater is treated,the phenol removing rate is 100%,at 180 s,and its TOC is decreased by 44.3%,at 120 min.Under optimum reaction conditions,when the coal liquefaction is treated,its COD removing rate can reach 74.73%.When pH is 5,42.8% of COD can be removed.At the same time,B/C is increased from 0.20 to 0.50 and the catalysts can work for 3 times stably.
