长期腹膜透析患者的生活质量状况及影响因素

摘　　要：目的:探讨长期腹膜透析患者生活质量状况以及影响因素。方法:选取自2010年1月至2017年7月进行长期腹膜透析的患者298例作为研究对象,使用健康状况问卷调查表调查患者的生活质量,根据调查结果分析影响患者生活质量的因素。结果:主观综合性营养评估法(subjective global assessment,SGA)评分分级不同组的患者透析时间、一般生活质量评估表中生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、活力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康等8项指标比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),将所有患者按照血浆C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)≥0.6 mg/d L和<0.6 mg/d L分组比较,结果显示患者年龄、i PTH、血钙和血清白蛋白比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:营养不良、炎症状态和患者年龄是影响长期腹膜透析患者生活质量的重要因素。Objective： To explore the quality of life and influencing factors in patients with long - term peritoneal dialysis. Methods ：298 cases of patients undergoing long - term peritoneal dialysis from January 2010 to July 2017 in our hospital were included in this study. The health status questionnaire was used to investigate their life quality, and the factors influencing the quality of life were analyzed according to the findings. Results： There were statistically significant differences of dialysis time in SGA scores graded for different patients, and the eight indexes of physiological function, physiological role, physical pain, overall health, vitality, social function, emotional function and mental health in the general life quality evaluation （ P 〈0.05）. All the patients were grouped according to CRP≥0.6mg/dl and 〈 0.6mg/dl, and the results showed that age, iPTH, serum calcium and serum albumin were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Malnutrition, inflammation and age of patients are important factors influencing the quality of life of patients with long - term peritoneal dialysis.
