摘  要:目的:探讨心脏超声诊断左室心肌致密化不全(noncompaction of ventricular myocardium,NVM)的价值。方法:收集2014年1月至2017年7月收治的180例左室心肌致密化不全患者为观察组,选取同期100名健康体检者为对照组,采用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪测量心房、心室腔内径,室间隔、左心室后壁厚度及运动幅度,二维超声观察心室内膜情况,监测各瓣膜血流、峰值流速及瓣膜反流等,分析心脏超声诊断价值。结果:彩色多普勒超声诊断显示,左室NVM患者均表现出明显的病理特征;且左室NVM患者的左室舒张末期容积值高于对照组,左室射血分数、左室内径缩短率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:心脏超声诊断对提高左室NVM检查准确率具有一定的临床应用价值。Objective : To evaluate the value of cardiac ultrasound in the diagnosis of noncompaction of left ventricular myocardium. Methods : 180 cases of patients with noncompaction of left ventricular myocardium treated in our hospital from January 2014 to July 2017 were selected as the observation group, and 100 healthy subjects were selected as the control group. The internal diameter of atrium and ventricle, the thickness of ventricular septum and left ventricular posterior wall and the motor amplitude were measured by color Doppler ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus. Two - dimensional ultrasonography was used to observe the intima of the ventricles, and to monitor the valve flow, peak velocity and valvular regurgitation, and the diagnostic value of cardiac ultrasound was analyzed. Results: Color Doppler ultrasonic diagnosis showed a distinct pathological feature in patients with left ventricular myocardium ; the left ventricular end - diastolic volume in left ventricular myocardium patients was higher than that in control group, and the left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular diameter shortening rate were lower than those in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Cardiac ultrasound has a certain clinical value in improving the diagnostic accuracy of noncompaction of left ventricular myocardium.
