摘　　要：目的:探讨异位妊娠破裂失血性休克早期判断中改良早期预警评分联合休克指数的护理效果。方法:选取2016年1月至2017年1月期间收治的50例异位妊娠破裂失血性休克患者,随机将所有患者分为观察组和对照组,每组患者各25例,对照组患者予以常规的护理,观察组患者予以改良早期预警评分联合休克指数护理,观察两组患者术前等待时间、术中出血量、平均住院时间及意外事件。结果:观察组患者术前等待时间、术中出血量、平均住院时间均较对照组少(t术前等待时间=6.442,P=0.000;t术中出血=5.541,P=0.000;t住院时间=4.959,P=0.000),且观察组患者出现急性呼吸障碍、意识改变、晕厥等意外事件较对照组少(χ2=4.153,P=0.042)。结论:异位妊娠破裂失血性休克早期判断中改良早期预警评分联合休克指数的护理可有效的减少患者术前等待时间、术中出血量、平均住院时间及意外事件。Objective：To explore the nursing effect of early warning scores combined with shock indexes in early diagnosis of hemorrhagic shock caused by ruptared eetopic pregnancy. Methods：50 patients with hemorrhagic shock caused by ruptured ectopic pregnancy hospitalized from January 2016 to January 2017 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group by using the random number table, with 25 patients in each group. The control group was treated with the routine nursing while the observation group was treated with early warning scores combined with shock indexes, with the waiting time before the operation, the amount of bleeding during the operation, the average length of stay and accidents compared. Results： The waiting time before the operation and the average length of stay in the observation group were shorter than those of the control group; the mount of bleeding during the operation in the observation group was less than that of the control group （ t = 6.442, P = 0.000; t = 5. 541, P = 0. 000; t = 4. 959, P = 0.000） ; Acute respiratory disorder, altered consciousness, syncope and other acci- dents in the observation group were fewer than those in the control group（χ^2 = 4.153, P = 0. 042） . Conclusion：Early warning scores combined with shock indexes in early diagnosis of hemorrhagic shock caused by ruptured ectopic pregnancy can effectively reduce the preoperative waiting time, the amount of bleeding during the operation, the average length of stay and accidents.
