尼索地平对原发性高血压患者血管内皮功能、氧化应激、炎症反应的影响

摘　　要：为了探讨尼索地平治疗原发性高血压对患者血管内皮功能、氧化应激、炎症反应的影响,本研究选取在我院新诊断为原发性高血压的患者120例(2016年5月至2016年12月)作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组各60例。研究组采用尼索地平治疗,对照组采用奥美沙坦,均治疗2周后对比两组的降压效果、血管内皮功能、氧化应激指标、炎症反应程度。研究发现治疗前、治疗后,两组患者的SBP、DBP、心率组间比较差异均无统计学意义(p>0.05);两组患者治疗后的SBP、DBP水平较本组治疗前显著的降低(p<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的NO、MDA、ET-1、AngⅡ、hs-CRP、MMP-9、IL-4、IL-6、FDM、NDM组间比较差异均无统计学意义(p>0.05);治疗后,研究组患者的MDA、ET-1、AngⅡ、hs-CRP、MMP-9、IL-4、IL-6低于对照组(p<0.05),NO、FDM水平高于对照组(p<0.05)。研究表明尼索地平治疗原发性高血压对患者具有与奥美沙坦一样的降压效果,同时具有较好的血管内皮保护功能、减轻炎症损伤。To e xplore the effect of Nisoldipine in treatment of essential hypertension in patients on vascular endothelial function, oxidative stress, and inflammatory reaction, 120 cases of new diagnosis patients with essential hypertension（May 2016 to December 2016） in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group with 60 cases in each group. The study group was treated with nisoldipine therapy, and control group was treated with olmesartan. After two weeks, the antihypertensive effect, vascular endothelial function,oxidative stress, inflammatory reaction were compared. Before and after treatment, SBP, DBP, heart rate between two groups showed no significant difference（p 〉0.05）. SBP and DBP after treatment in two groups were significantly lower than those before the treatment（p〈0.05）. Before treatment, NO, MDA, ET-1, Ang Ⅱ MMP-9,IL-4, hs-CRP, IL-6, FDM, and NDM in both group showed no significant difference（p〉0.05）. After treatment,MDA, ET-1, Ang, hs-CRP, MMP-9, IL-4 Ⅱ, IL-6 in the study group were lower than those in the control group（p〈0.05）, whereas NO, FDM levels were higher than those in the control group（p〈0.05）. The result showed that nisoldipine in treatment of primary hypertension had equal antihypertensive effect as olmesartan for patients with vascular endothelial protection function, good anti inflammation.
