中药干预对肝阳上亢老年高血压患者脉压差及高血压晨峰的影响

摘　　要：通过比较对照组与中药组的疗效,探讨中药治疗对老年高血压患者的干预效果。选取2014年1月至2016年7月前来我院接受住院救治的老年高血压患者共138例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与中药组,对照组患者给予口服奥美沙坦酯片治疗,中药组给予自拟降压方配合奥美沙坦酯片治疗。经治疗后,中药组患者治疗后静态血压的SBP与PP水平要低于对照组,血压晨峰的的降低同样优于对照组(p<0.05)。中药组患者的眩晕、头痛、腰膝酸软、心悸失眠与耳鸣等症状减轻,不影响患者的正常生活。对照组有效率为71.01%,中药组有效率为91.30%,χ~2值为9.288,p值为0.002,比较有差异。说明中药配合降压药治疗高血压的疗效比单纯应用降压药要更加显著。By comparing the efficacy of the control group and the traditional Chinese medicine group,to explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment on elderly patients with hypertension.Elderly patients with hypertension from January 2014 to July 2016 came to our hospital in hospital were 138 cases as the research object,randomly divided into control group and Chinese medicine group,the control group were treated with oral Chinese medicine treatment group were treated with Olmesartan Medoxomil Tablets,with Olmesartan Medoxomil Tablets for the antihypertensive formula.After treatment,the SBP and PP levels of the Chinese medicine group after treatment were lower than that of the control group,the reduction of blood pressure morning peak was also better than that of the control group（p〈0.05）.The Chinese medicine group of patients with dizziness,headache,palpitation and insomnia symptoms of waist and knees,tinnitus relief,does not affect the normal life of the patients.The effective rate of control group was 71.01%,the effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine group was 91.30%,χ~2 value was 9.288,p value was 0.002 ,there was a difference.It shows that the effect of TCM combined with antihypertensive drugs in the treatment of hypertension is more significant than that of simple antihypertensive drugs.
