肺炎支原体肺炎儿童血25羟基维生素D水平研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨重症肺炎患儿25羟基维生素D[25(OH)D]水平。方法:选择肺炎患儿100例,按照是否为肺炎支原体感染分为观察组(确诊为肺炎支原体肺炎)50例,与对照组(非肺炎支原体感染)50例,比较两组儿童的25(OH)D水平。结果:观察组儿童血清25(OH)D水平(25.44±13.22)μmol/L,低于对照组的(31.74±11.66)μmol/L(P<0.05)。结论:肺炎支原体肺炎患儿25(OH)D水平低于其他病原体感染肺炎患儿。Objective：To investigate 25 -hydroxy Vitamin D in children with mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods：A total of 100 pediatric pa- tients with pneumonia were selected and divided into case group （ mycoplasma pneumonia） and control group （ without myeoplasma infections）, with 50 cases in each group. The 25 - hydroxy Vitamin D level was compared in the two groups. Results ： The 25 - hydroxy Vitamin D level was （25.44±13.22） μmol/L in the case group and （31.74：1： 11.66） μmoL/L in the control group. There was statistically significant difference be- tween the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions ：25 - hydroxy Vitamin D in the children with mycoplasma pneumonia is lower than that in the children with pneumonia infected by other pathogen infection.
