摘 要:目的:观察整体护理干预在留置尿管患者泌尿系感染护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2013年7月至2016年7月进行导尿管留置的患者1000例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各500例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予整体护理干预,比较两组患者的护理满意度及两组患者的泌尿系感染发生率。结果:观察组患者的护理满意度为(97.31±5.07)分,对照组的护理满意度为(83.59±4.63)分,两组患者分数比较差异具有统计学意义(t=44.682,P=0.000);观察组患者泌尿系感染的发生率为1.80%,对照组泌尿系感染的发生率为4.60%,两组患者感染率比较差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=6.327,P=0.018)。结论:整体护理干预在留置尿管患者泌尿系感染护理中的应用效果明显,系统、全面的护理模式降低了并发症的发生率,提高了科室护理质量,提高了护理满意度,融洽了医患关系,此护理模式可在临床推广使用。Objective:To observe the application effect of holistic nursing intervention on urinary tract infection in patients with indwelling uri- nary catheter. Methods: 1 000 cases of patients with indwelling urinary catheter in our hospital from July 2013 to July 2016 were selected as the subjects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the observation group and the control group, 500 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given holistic nursing intervention. The nursing satisfaction and the incidence of urinary tract infection were compared in the two groups. Results:The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 97.31 + 5.07, which was higher than that in the control group ( 83.59 ~ 4.63 ). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( t = 44. 682, P=0. 000 ). The incidence of urinary tract infection in the observation group was 1.80 %, which was lower than that in the control group (4.60 % ). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (X^2 = 6. 327, P = 0. 018). Conclusion:The application effect of holistic nursing intervention on urinary tract infection in patients with indwelling urinary catheter is obvious, The systematic and comprehensive nursing mode reduces the incidence of complications, improves the quality of nursing and the nursing satisfaction and makes doctor - patient rela- tionship more harmonious. This nursing mode is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
