摘　　要：目的:探讨改进血清和试剂对高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(high density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-ch)含量的测定结果是否有影响。方法:用磷钨酸-镁沉淀法测定HDL-ch的含量。结果:使用两种不同试剂测定的HDL-ch值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:通过血清和试剂的改进,对实验结果无影响,但对学生和教师的安全性得到了提高。Objective ： To determine whether the improvement of serum and reagent has the effects on the determination of the content of HDL - ch. Methods：The content of HDL - ch was determined by phosphotungstie acid magnesium precipitation method. Results： The measured HDL - ch values were within the normal reference range by two different methods （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The improvement of serum and reagent has no effects on the experimental results, but the safety of students and teachers has been improved.
