三参通络汤配合臭氧自血回输治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究三参通络汤配合臭氧自体血回输治疗后循环缺血性眩晕(气虚血瘀型)的临床疗效。方法:将160例后循环缺血性眩晕(气虚血瘀型)患者按随机数字表法分为实验A、B、C组和对照组各40例,疗程15 d,对照组给予常规治疗;在对照组的基础上,A组加用三参通络汤每日1次,B组加用臭氧自血回输每日1次,C组加用臭氧自血回输及三参通络汤每日1次,记录治疗前和治疗第15天的临床症状、中医证候积分和生化指标。结果:治疗后的中医证候评分,3实验组均较对照组下降更明显,B组较A组下降更明显,C组较B组下降更明显;3实验组有效率均高于对照组,B组高于A组,C组高于B组;3实验组治疗后生化指标水平均较对照组改善更明显,其中B组优于A组,C组优于B组。结论:三参通络汤配合臭氧自血回输治疗对后循环缺血性眩晕(气虚血瘀型)有更好的疗效。Objective： To study the clinical effects of Sanshen Tongluo decoction cooperated with major ozonated autohemotherapy treating posterior circulation ischemic vertigo（PCI） （Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome）. Methods： 160 patients with PCI（ Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome）were randomly divided into experimental group A,B,C and control group, there was 40 patients in each group. The control group was given regular treatment;On the basis of the control group,the group A received Sanshen Tongluo decoction in addition, once a day; and the group B received Major ozonated autohemotherapy in addition,once a day,on the basis of the control group;The group C received Sanshen Tongluo decoction cooperated with major ozonated autohemotherapy in addition, once a day, on the basis of the control group; The clinical symptoms,the total score of TCM syndrome, the biochemical indicators of four groups were recorded before and after the treatment. Results： The TCM symptom score after treatment was decreased statistically, the three experimental groups decreased more obviously than that in the control group, and the group B was improved more obviously than group A, and the decrease in group C was more obvious than that in group B;The efficiency of the three experimental group was higher than that in the control group. Group B was higher than group A, group C was higher than group B. The biochemical indexes of the three experimental groups were better than those in the control group, and group B was better than group A, and group C was better than group B. Conclusion ： The better clinical efficacy can be obtained by Sanshen Tongluo decoction Cooperated with major ozonated autohemotherapy.
