培土生金法干预肺部多重耐药菌感染的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察培土生金法对肺部多重耐药菌感染的疗效。方法:将60例肺部感染(MDRO)患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组加用中医培土生金方治疗,观察2组患者临床证候、细菌学疗效、白细胞(WBC)计数及降钙素原(PCT)的变化。结果:治疗组在临床证候疗效、细菌学疗效及WBC、PCT平均值方面优于对照组。结论:中医培土生金法能有效改善肺部感染(MDRO)患者临床症状,提高细菌清除率,是应对MDRO感染安全有效的方法。Objective： To observe the curative effect of peitushengjin combined treatment of multi drug resistant bacteria infection. Methods： 60 cases of pulmonary infection （MDRO） patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was given routine treatment, the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine and native side treatment, observe two groups of patients with clinical syndromes, bacteriologic and white blood cell count （WBC） and procalcitonin （PCT） change. Results： The average value of the treatment group is batter than the control group in clinical symptoms, bacteriological efficacy and WBC, PCT. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve the pulmonary infection by the peitushengjin method combined treatment （MDRO） patients with clinical symptoms, improve the bacterial clearance rate. It is a safe and effective method to deal with MDRO infection.
